Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us using the information on our contact page. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number. Items returned without authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photographs of the damage when possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
